WordPress plugin revisions

Hey guys,

I am new to plugin development, I have created a small plugin to test purpose only,

I have made some changes in the plugin and planned to put it as version 0.9, I have followed the things as per the following tutorial

but I am able to upload my new version but on the downloading screen it is showing only “Download version 0.8” and while downloading it is giving version 0.9, please help me guys how I am going wrong ?
