WordPress plugin not connected to constant contact and no welcome email sent.

I am totally lost at where to post anything or where to actually ask for help. I have a website on WordPress.com, business plan, and can use third party plugins. I have a constant contact subscription/paid plan, and have activated my welcome email – the idea is that when someone signs up using either my pop-up form or sign up form on the website pages, their address is sent to my subscriber list within constant contact. Constant contact then sends my welcome email out.

The issue I am having, is that someone the WordPress plugin (www.remarpro.com) is not working – my subscribers are not getting their welcome email and my contact list is not updating. I already contacted constant contact support and they checked their end which is fine, but they cannot see that anything from WordPress is connected, they can see WooCommerce is connected, but not actual WordPress.

On WordPress I have constant contact connected and activated. But for some reason I cannot get the WordPress plug in to work. Or at least I think that is the problem. I am health orientated not technical/technological and am really struggling to get this sorted and have subscribers waiting and no response from me.
