How to make wp-admin page accessible to logged-out users?

  • I am making a WordPress plugin for my website, which displays a terms of service page on the wp-admin. The problem is, only logged-in users can see it. How can logged-out users see it too?

  • Please create a Terms of Service page under “Pages” to display on the front-end of your site.
    Logged out users, or users who are not registered, should never have access to wp-admin.
