    ConvertKit – WordPress Plugin

    I hope someone can help me here. I’ve searched trying to get answers but got nowhere.

    I have added the latest Convertkit plugin v1.4.6 into out WordPress setup and entered the correct API Key and API Secret details from the Account Info page.

    The WordPress settings page shows : “Error connecting to API.” Please verify your site can connect to https://api.convertkit.com

    When I go to the API URL using the API key on my computer : https://api.convertkit.com/v3/forms?api_key=####_######_######
    It appears to pull the form information correctly.

    But how do I confirm/test this via our servers?
    Is there something I’ve missed here?

    Please check with your host to see if they are blocking outbound connections to api.convertkit.com.
