WordPress pingbacks Cackle

Is it possible to handle by Cackle pingbacks made by WordPress mechanism? Now I have WordPress comments counter which is showing 2 comments on my post (pingbacks) but Cackle plugins shows nothing in comments.
How to properly handle that situation?
