WordPress pharma hack removed but pages still exist

Hello all,
today ur site got attacked by the pharma/viagra hack.
I removed all files with the Sucuri Security plugin but the pages are still accessable but only show a blank screen.
Ive tried every guide with searching the database for associated values like in every tutorial described but I couldnt find any of these entries.
So how can I remove these blank pages too?
