WordPress Permalink Change Auto Add 301 Redirects?

I just changed my WordPress permalink structure from the default to custom:

/%postname%/

This is what I have on most of my other blogs.

In any case, what I want to know is if my blog posts are all set up automatically with 301 redirects to the new blog post URL? When I got to https://www.myblogurl.com/?p=123 it does automatically change over to https://www.myblogurl.com/my-blog-post-title/ but what I want to know is if a 301 redirect was automatically generated though.

I did install the plugin Redirection before I made this change but the WordPress module was not active until I had permalinks enabled. I also had All In One Seo enabled which I heard changes links.

Any ideas / ways to find out?
