I have been getting odd posts showing up in wordpress bearing the topic title “WordPress patch 2.365r01 partX final” and containing hidden spam keywords.

Is this an error in wordpress? or has my install/security been compromised? I notice a search for the topic yields a lot of blogs with similar problems.
