WordPress Password Link after User Registration

After a new user makes an appointment and is registereing for a user account incl. setting a password, the user is receiving a Standart Email from WordPress with a link to set a password (WordPress Standart Link)
And also the mail includes a link to domain/wp-admin..
How to NOT send this mail when a new salon customer is registering….???
The password is already set while registering and making the appointment…Please help to clarify….

FIXED!!!….this plugin gives the option to switch off the system email after new user registered to be send to user / admin etc…
Problem fixed with this “solution” …:)
