    Hey there!

I just bought my first WordPress theme ( https://themeforest.net/item/conversi-professional-conversion-wordpress-landing-page/19167381) for my first WordPress site ever. I tried to set it up and customize the page.

I wanted to add the basic Conversi header image. When choosing it, an error pops up right after cropping. Then instead the image a gray block shows up on my site (see it on the link).

I’ve already tried switching to a basic theme as well as turning on and off plugins, no use.

I’m a total beginner when it comes to website building, and never ever touched any type of code. (Thats why I wanted to buy a theme :D)

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

    George

Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://ninetheme.com/contact/

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
