WordPress pages/site not working

    Hi all

    I’m new to WP and having a few problems.
    I’ve followed a simple tutorial on creating my own theme, all seems straight forward and making sense.

    When I come to view the page I get a blank page and the page has no source.

    I know this is too vague a description to get a answer but are there any things I should be checking. I’m certain that the code is correct.

    Just can’t get this to work

    In my themes folder I have a folder pTheme, the name of this test theme.

    In this folder I have:

    contact.php
    footer.php
    functions.php
    header.php
    home.php
    index.php
    page.php
    portfolio.php
    single.php
    style.css

    To try and get something working I’m just working on style.css, header.php, footer.php and home.php – I have set the Front page to Home page, and the home pages template is set to Home

    Should this at least show a page at the moment I get nothing.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
