WordPress pages not loading properly until refresh

Hi there,

Whenever I navigate to a page it doesn’t load properly until refreshed. It first loads a more mobile looking view and without a lot of the styling and images. Refreshing the pages fixes it.

Any idea what may be causing this and how to fix it?
