www.remarpro.com support needed – unable to move to wordpress.com

  • I have a WordPress site which I think is a www.remarpro.com site (either self-hosted by our previous website developer, or hosted with a 3rd party, not wordpress). Our previous developer is not easily contactable and the site is currently down. I am unable to login to the admin console also, and recieve the error message ‘Error establishing a database connection’. Same error msg is received when trying to enter the website itself. I’m trying to move the site to a paid /supported wordpress.com site so I can access support but can’t do this without the details of the current host. Can anyone help – is there a way I can receive support from WordPress (I’m happy to sign up to a paid plan but can’t do so without a website so am in a circular loop here). Thanks
