www.remarpro.com keeps showing me a notification to the German version

Hi,

Okay this is something that has annoyed me for almost 10 years now. Everytime I visit www.remarpro.com front page, a plugin or a theme, I am always getting this annoying green highlighted message near the top of the page saying “WordPress is also available in German”. However there is no way to dismiss that notification.
I get it, after almost 10 years, visiting www.remarpro.com several times per week, I get it that WordPress is also available in German, as well as plugins and themes. Ever played Zelda Ocarina of Time on he N64? Remember the fairy Navi that kept saying “HEY” “HEY” “LISTEN” “LISTEN”. Yeah, that’s what it feels like for me for the past 9 years when I visit www.remarpro.com. That notification is driving me insane.

Oh and plot twist, I am Irish, living in Ireland. I don’t live in Germany nor a German speaking country. I don’t use any VPNs.

Furthermore, I am seeing that notification message on www.remarpro.com even without being logged into www.remarpro.com. I can only assume www.remarpro.com is using 3rd party cookies to determine possible languages of visitors. Maybe that 3rd party service somehow mistakenly assumes my first language to be German because 15 years ago I created a random account on some random website where I selected that I also speak German, and ever since then I am permanently marked in some system that I speak German?
But even if that 3rd party cookie service would be correct, it should be up to the visitor to have such messages dismissed.

Please, after annoying me for almost 10 years with that ugly message, someone tell me how it can be turned off. From what 3rd party website does www.remarpro.com get their cookie information from? There has to be a way for me to login somewhere and fix this. It really is frustrating to visit www.remarpro.com or any theme/plugin and seeing that message at the top of every page.
