• I had a www.remarpro.com account and username created in 2018.

    It is saved in my password manager and hasn’t been used for a while.

    Tried to logon with my saved credentials a few days ago and couldn’t logon. Invalid username password message.

    When I try using the “reset password” link (provided in “link to page you need help with” a message is displayed “there is no account with that user name or password”.

    When I try creating a new account with either the username or email address that I’ve just been told “…no account with that…”, a message is displayed “That username is already in use. The registration is still pending,”

    Clicking the link to resend the registration email does not result in email in my inbox or spam folders or any other folder in my mailbox.

    How can I get access to my old account? (the account to post this message was created just for this purpose, I want to get back to my old account)
