    I can’t reproduce that on a clean WP system.

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    Hi,

    Thanks to both of you for replying. I’m trying to get the purchase key so that I can contact theme support (I’ve taken over looking after the site so am unfamiliar with the theme, don’t know any details etc). I was hoping there might be an easy fix

    I resolved this by getting the event creators to remove the digits from the eventbrite url. So still no idea what caused the problem.
