• Hi,

I noticed an issue with a page builder editor element where the TinyMCE isn’t showing/not useable.

I inspected the page with Chrome and found an error of a file missing at this path:
    wp-includes/js/tunymce/plugins/wpfullscreen/plugin.min.js
I browsed my WordPress files through FTP and couldn’t see the folder ‘wpfullscreen’ there despite recently updating & also just trying to reinstalling WordPress.

I did see a folder called ‘fullscreen’ within the tinymce plugins folder though. So, I thought I should try and duplicate the folder and renaming the duplicate to ‘wpfullscreen’ to see if it could solve the issue and it did!

My editor element is working now. I am not a developer to be able to investigate this further to make sure if it is a bug in the core or not. I just thought maybe someone out there is has the same problem.

  • If you swap to the default theme and don’t see the issue then I would say it is a theme issue. You could do a global search thru the theme folder for ‘wpfulscreen’ to see if it shows there.

You could also ask the theme author – since it is a premium theme, it is not supported here.

    Hello,

Please download our new theme version from Themeforest and update your WordPress latest version and MUST clear your browser cache.

    Thanks.

The wp-includes/js/tunymce/plugins/wpfullscreen/plugin.min.js used to be a part of WordPress base code. Does anyone know why it is not included in release 4.3 nor 4.3.1?
