WordPress one Site, Same Login but Direct to different group pages or post

Not sure if the right place or not, so I’m not sure if I need to write code or plugin provided it
I’m looking for user and permission in Group

something like this website has the same login for all group if user A login and it will redirect to Group A can comment or read a post, pages on Group A but cannot see anything on Group B or C.
The same goes to Group B or C as they have no privilege to go to Group A. only group can read their group A post, pages, comment, upload images etc

also, we have super admin which can access A, B, C for modifying or backend stuff if need remove etc.
