WordPress on NAS in my network

Which NAS? The reason I ask is that some support installing WordPress from their own package repo.

If you have a Synology NAS then, depending on the model you can install a version of WordPress from their admin.

So you have a web server installed, it has file access to the NAS.
Suggest that you configure your server to use “VirtualHost”, you will have a configuration block like:

<VirtualHost *:80>
DocumentRoot /NASpath/cw
ServerName cw.local
ServerAlias www.cw.local
</VirtualHost>

On each computer use the hosts file to direct cw.local to the server (also www.cw.local), details here:
