WordPress Not Sending Out Comment Email Notification

Since I upgraded to 2.8.1 over the weekend, I don’t receive email of any new comments received after that.

I have ticked the options under discussion to send me an email whenever there’s a new comment.

I have also disabled all my plugins and commented myself and still didn’t receive any email.

I have also checked my spam folder and there’s nothing in it.

Please advise.
