WordPress not looking for files in Magento directory

Great plugin! I’ve set this up with no problem on local, so I’m not sure what happened on live.
Magento is /store. The shortcodes/widgets in WordPress site root are looking for all Magento files/images/links in the WP root – instead of /store. So I’m getting broken images and 404 pages.

Mage.php is found.

Any suggestions?
