WordPress not logging me in

    I own a blog – abhilashr.co.nr and it is hosted on a free hosting service.
    My real hosting address is abhiblog.heliohost.org.
    The problem with my wordpress installation is that I can’s log in to it. Well, I tried going to abhilashr.co.nr/wp-login and the two username and password boxes proped up and I enter my password and it accpets it and then sends me to abhilash.co.nr/wp-admin
    The problem is that nothing loads there and there is a blank white screen. All this happened after I put on a stupid silly theme to my blog. Please help me.

    delete that theme by FTP

    Can you tell me where the themes are stored?

    Well, I found the file and I deleted it. Well now if I goto my website abhilashr.co.nr, a internal server error comes like:

    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    What should I do to make my blog back up and running?

    Using free web hosting ?

    Look for reset button and click on it to reset your whole account . Then install wordpress back again :p
