wordpress not loading the right page if i click “visit site” or home

Hi all

i just migrated my site to a different host but if i try to go to the site by typing in the url, clicking visit site from my back end or clicking home from a different page it loads a older page that was on the server before i did the migration. please have a look at the provided link and go and click on home to see what is actually happening. is there a way to fix this.
