WordPress Not Displaying

I’ve recently moved a fully functioning wordpress site from one server/domain to another.
The core files are located at https://www.finkteam.com/finkwp (htaccess and index.php files are in the root, and I’ve edited the index.php to look for wp-blog-header.php in /finkwp).
The homepage for the website should be able to be found at https://www.finkteam.com.
However it isn’t. Nor can I find it be looking at https://www.finkteam.com/finkwp.
Although I can access the wordpress dashboard by going to https://www.finkteam.com/finkwp/wp-admin.
