WordPress No Longer Emailing Me When There's a Comment

Hi:

Recently, WordPress has stopped emailing me when someone comments on my blog. This is the case whether it’s a new commenter or someone whom I’ve already approved to comment.

As far as I can tell, I haven’t changed anything on my site that might have caused this. I’ve spent hours reading around on the Net and have tried several things that others have recommended to solve this problem (disabling other plugins, changing admin email addresses, toggling Discussion settings), but nothing has made any difference.

*Note that this appears to be affecting my Contact Form (via Contact Form 7 plugin) as well; that is, I’m not getting emails conveying the contents of a Contact Form submission either.
