• I am using Multisite to host 3 different websites on the same cPanel account.

Each website has a contact form – when a user fills out the form on site A, the site A owner (my client) receives an email where the subject message is “[Network Name] subject message from the contact form”

How can I get rid of this network name? I have made it blank, but still get [] and this isn’t the right solution.

  • What is the name of the plugin you are using to handle the contact form?

It’s not a plugin – the contact form is part of the MyCuisine (elegantthemes) theme that I am using.

I am using the WordPress MU Domain Mapping plugin to control the domains.

I recommend you contact eleganthemes for assistance with your MyCuisine theme. The contact form in the MyCuisine theme may not fully support multisite. You might find some documentation or a support forum at elegantthemes.
