WordPress – My Media’s search bar doesn’t work and show me (No Item Found)

I have a Youth vocal WordPress 4.7.3 running FashionPro theme.

My media’s search bar does not work, it always shows nothing (No Item Found) no matter what you write.

Sometimes I need the same image in a new post so when I trying to find this Image name in Media Search bar show me not item found,

Anybody have any idea, How to Fix this Issue, please?
