WordPress multisite sub domain not working

    The web hosting site where i hosted wordpress site offered only one sub domain, then is this possible to create wordpress multisite sub domain in it? If yes , then how i configure wordpress 3.0.1 to work sub domain? If not , then how to change to sub directory?

    Please help me.
