WordPress Multisite Network Configuration – Single Upload Dir

I have a WordPress Multisite install that uses the plugin to upload files to S3. Although I’ve selected the ‘use a single network config’ option the plugin is still creating a folder for each site on my network. I’d like the ability to mirror my wp-content directory on S3 and have everything work as expected.
