    Wordfence is not compatible with domain-mapped multisite installations, but it should not cause the domain names to be changed.

    The only issues I know of on domain-mapped multisite is that scans may be scheduled for each subdomain, instead of just once for the whole site.

    Can you post a list of other plugins installed on the site?
