• Hello,

I’d like to ask you what is the best way for wordpress cache?

It is recomedable to use a wordpress plugin for caching? Or a well configured server caching is enough?

I found lot information about it. But it seems there are different points of views.

Can you tell me your experiencie?

    Thanks

This is a BIG ‘it depends.’

I use server caching, as does WordPress.com, but it comes down to what you can and can’t do.

Ok I understand, in your opinion it’s better to use a cache server (if you can).
Use a cache plugin like “super cache” would be a second choice rather?

It would be great to have more information about caching wordpress. It is not very complet the wordpress documentation.

    Thanks a lot!

I don’t think one is better than the other, since it comes down to what you can support for yourself. I’m comfortable with root installs so it’s super easy for me to bounce around there and install. I can’t say the same of everyone, so … It’s hard to have a complete answer when you’re talking about that level of work ??

Also every server’s different so yours may need APC while mine has Memcached.
