Multisite domains rank on google like subdomains ?

Depends on your set up. If you set up sites as subdomains – Yes.
If your set up will include sites with their own 2nd level domains, then each site will be indexed and ranked completely independently.

i have domains like this (example)
main domain – https://www.myname.com
network –
https://www.myname.com/mysite1
https://www.myname.com/mysite2
https://www.myname.com/mysite3

and i want to rank on google with this site – https://www.myname.com/mysite2
??
this is possible ? or only main doman website can rank?

If you will use subdirectories, your sites will be indexed and ranked as ONE.
