WordPress Multisite

Hi guys,
I have setup wordpress multisite for a number of websites to help streamline the update and maintenance processes.

Is is possible to have multisite setup such that the URL addresses for all networked sites are not under the parent domain/directory?

That way i can very efficiently network administer clients personal sites setup with their own domain names from one location using wordpress itself.
