    Hi there!

    Unfortunately, it won’t natively work with WP multisite.

    Having our plugin installed will always create a new Tidio account on those, so I recommend installing the chat manually on all those sites so that you can control all of them from a single dashboard.

    You can read more on how to do that, here.

    Alternatively, you can install Tidio via the plugin and connect the desired account by clearing the account data.
