WordPress MU “Write” Problem

Hi,

I host my own WordPress blog on my server. I have two accounts, say, C & M. Both are administrators, and, as far as I can tell, have the same rights to the admin stuff. The problem is, C has access to both “Visual” and “Code” editor in the posts, while M has only access to the “Code” editor. Why is that, and how do i enable M to access the “Visual” editor?
