WordPress MU Domain Mapping in subfolder

Hi, i receive the following message “Warning! This plugin will only work if WordPress is installed in the root directory of your webserver. It is currently installed in ’/free/’.”
Can i use the plugin in a multisite installation in a subdirectory domain.com/free
or i should install the multisite in the root domain.com?Thanks

Hi, i am facing another issue with the plugin now.
I try to add a new domain mapping, i receive “Domain Add” after save but i dont see the mapping entry below the new domain (site id – domain – primary – edit – delete).
How can i fix this?
