    Hi there,

Thanks for your interest in us, we’re happy to help! It’s a shame that the plugin is not working properly. This can be caused by several reasons that can cause incompatibilities with you WordPress Admin. To make sure this isn’t an incompatibility of the plugin with either your WordPress theme, your server or any other plugin/extension previously installed on your WP admin, please make sure your theme was built with the core WordPress requirements, that your server runs PHP v5 and has cURL enabled and check that there are no other plugins/extensions installed that may affect the plugin’s functionality.
If that doesn’t work, please review this article: https://help.contactus.com/hc/en-us/articles/202794306-What-if-your-WP-and-your-C-U-plugins-just-don-t-get-along-. It will show you how to implement the forms without using the plugin.
I hope this helps. If there’s anything else I can do for you, please let us know.

Hi, this plugin is exactly what we need. However, it does not save for me when I attempt to map the ContactUs form for our site-it just runs.

I looked at ways to add the ContactUs form and then add the html code, but my two Contact Form 7 contact forms use shortcode and I like the forms that I have–I just want to direct the data to ContactUs so that we can add people our nonprofit Vertical Response account.

Can you advise the best way to proceed? Thank you for the support.
