WordPress Montenegrin language missing

Hi everyone
I’m creating a multilanguage website. I managed to add 14 languages but somehow I’m missing Montenegrin language (locale me_ME). For now I downloaded the wordpress for Montenegro and copied the .mo .po files into my project. This gives me an option to set Site language. But it says me_Me instead of “Crnogorski jezik”. Is this a known issue or is this language not fully supported yet?

For other languages I had the option to select the language and then download the translations.
