WordPress mobile for a wordpress newbie

Hello all,
As the subject of this post suggests, I am a relative WordPress newbie. I have not optimized my wordpress site for mobile device access – which is a huge problem since an increasing number of logins to my website are coming from mobile devices. I don’t even know where to begin with the mobile design from my website. I do not have the time right now to design a whole new mobile website – at least not for another month. I would just like to change the presentation of my existing website’s design elements on mobile devices. Here are the specifics of my situation.

a. I am using WordPress 3.3.1

b. My website also has a blog section but the blog is NOT the home page for the website.

c. I have a button that launches a radio broadcast. I want to change the html code on this button such that if a mobile device user clicks on ths button, I want him or her to be taken to a DIFFERENT page and not to the radio broadcast.

I realize I might need a plugin for this purpose. Any idea what the right one for my situation might be? Please do let me know.
