WordPress Mobile Edition 3.0.5 & SymbianOS

  • I have WME 3.0.5 installed on WP 2.8, and I have friends who have confirmed that the plugin is working on my site through the following devices/brands:

    Sony Ericsson
    iTouch
    iPhone

    However, the mobile theme does not come up on my S60 Nokia E51, using the browser identify link in the settings page, I get the following for my phone’s browser.

    Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (SymbianOS/9.2; U; Series60/3.1 NokiaE51-1/100.34.20; Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 ) AppleWebKit/413 (KHTML, like Gecko) Safari/413

    I am concerned that other Symbian users will get the same problem with my site. I’d be interested to hear of a fix for this.
