WordPress migration bug

Hi people,

At the moment I meet some difficulties to change the address of a site, before working in WordPress, we first set in settings general the web site address to mysite/indexx.php, after that we work on it and evrything was fine, until we remove the indexx.php, we have also remove indexx.php in the database, and now there is some bugs which appeared :
– some widjet missing (is there any relation?)
– We also use paid memberShip plugin the category pages not displayed anything until we create a new level (so this is was set).
– Some css disapeared.

-Some translation don’t work, specially for WP User Frontend I got Error: SyntaxError: JSON.parse: end of data after property value in object at line 2 column 98 of the JSON data in firefox and End of output in chrome the translation of this plugin disapeared (so we added a new one witch not work) and some other plugin like paid membership pro.

So is there any step that we missed ?
