WordPress menu not displaying properly

  • I have a multi-level menu set up in the WordPress menu system for this site. When logged in as administrator, the menu displays properly, but often when not logged in or logged in as a non-admin user, the top level menu displays all wrong.

    This is the site https://www.designsuccessu.com/members. The menu should read:
    Home – VBF – SBD – Business Mastery – BootCamp – Newsletter… – MyAccount

    What it is displaying is all over the place. The menu is set up correctly.. it works when logged in as admin.

    Any thoughts on what the problem might be here?
