wordpress menu disappeared

  • I recently updated to 3.5 and shortly after installing the time.ly plugin this morning, pretty much all of my menu disappeared expect for the info needed to update or add events to time.ly.

    As there is no plugins on the right hand menu anymore, I can’t access and uninstall any of my plugins.

    I’ve tried reinstalling wordpress with a force-upgrade.php which didn’t work, and navigating to the plugins in page via url only sends me to a page that says I “do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

    Happy to send logins to someone if they can please help
