I can’t view the link, it requires to login before view. Did you add the logout page in your menu? It should show up as any other page link.

Hello, Yes i added it to the menu from wordpress dashboard. Can you just signup with dummy mail, username etc and check ? Thankyou!

Please go to your Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus -> make sure to select your menu and set your menu item as a sub-menu and see if it helps.
