    Hello-

    I have a fresh install of WordPress / WC Vendor Marketplace / WooCommerce on a website.

    Our goal is to create a multivendor platform using MangoPay as the payment gateway.

    WIth all locations matching and Mangopay configured, we get an error that states the following:

    Sorry, It seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate payment arrangements.

    We have checked the WordPress tech support site for this issue before and previous posts suggest it could be an issue with our theme. I have tried changing the theme to the exact one that worked for the previous poster with no luck.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    I highly recommend contacting Mangopay Support for help with this.

    They have looked at this issue and referred us to WordPress for support.

    We are not able to help with Mangopay issues.
    Can you tell me more of their findings?

    Mangopay has said that there is nothing they can do as they don’t see any attempts by our site to call out and they did not write the plug in. I was forwarded a video from Mangopay that has 3 steps. Install WordPress, install wc vendors, and install mangopay.When all are followed correctly we still show the same error. Any chance this could be caused by a self signed ssl? Any advice would be appreciated.
