WordPress Lost my Username/Registration

    I tried to log in to publish a time sensitive news story for my blog at https://stockstrategist.wordpress.com/ and got a message saying the username didn’t exist and asked me if I wanted to register the username I have been using for about a year now!

    So I registered my username again hoping it would link to my blog. It didn’t work. Now I can’t post my time sensitive news story AND can’t find a WordPress “Help” chat, email address, or telephone number. All I can find is this forum.

    Now, the news story is stale and worthless and I’m very frustrated!

    Does anyone have any suggestions for talking to a real person at WordPress to resolve this bizarre problem?
