wordpress login problem

Hello,

I have problem in my website login i got that error when i try to log in any solution here

https://mydomain.org/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%mydomain.org%2Fwp-admin%2F

all cookies i removed – i try in most off browsers and proxy as well

do any one know about this
