WordPress login page is not loading

I imported config files and database from Production Live site to staging site and changed the url in Database (wp-options table –>site url and home url;wp-post;wp-postmeta) and changed the config file to point to new database. But still WordPress is not loading and when I hit the stage site ,it re-direct to Production site only. Please help me here .Its very urgent as stage website is down.
