WordPress Login Not Working after Reset

I’ve tried to reset a website, to wipe it completely and start it as a new design – however, it has instead seemed to have wiped my WP details and the website is still up. I can log onto www.remarpro.com from the site directly, but when I go through my site to edit it, it says there’s no account under my email (even though I’m on WP on a different tab?). I’ve contacted siteground help and they said to add an admin to the database because it seems to have been wiped (https://wpengine.com/support/add-admin-user-phpmyadmin/) but I can’t get onto WP portal to do this because it says my logins wrong…Tried to reset password with emails, it’s said its sent but still nothing in my inbox. So have no idea what to do, and worse part is the website I’ve tried to delete as it’s wrong, is now still up and I can’t even login to change it.
