WordPress login doesn't accept my password and can't recorver it

The first thing that i noticed was that the admin bar was missing, so when i tried to check if i had it disabled I noticed that i wasn’t logged, then when i tried to log in it said “The password you entered for the email address (my email address) is incorrect”..
I’ve never changed my password so i dont know wich is the problem, when i tried to recover it by pressing the “Lost your password?” it said :
“The email could not be sent.
Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function.”

I’ve been reading a lot about this trying to solve this problem and a made the followings troubleshooting that did not work:
-Change the theme
-Delete plugins
-Add <?php wp_footer(); ?> to the footer.php (wich was already there)

When i went to sleep yesterday everithing was ok, I don’t know what happened.
